Should we schedule Ingest Benefits Person Search Data to run on a regular basis?
We are experiencing intermittent issues where we cannot query an employee in the Benefits Activity Center. If we run the Ingest Benefits Person Search Data process for that person number, it resolves the issue. Hoping to find a way to not hold up the benefits team work to go run a process for one person. Searched in benefits guides and couldn't find a direct hit for process. Should we schedule it and how often? Please note: we can query most employees, it just seems to be one-offs including active and terminated employees.
