Value of DFF on Customer profile Class does not default on the customer master with same profile
A Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) has been created on the Customer Profile Class screen (Task: Manage Receivables Customer Profile Class), and a value is stored in this DFF during the configuration of the Customer Profile Class. Ideally, this DFF value should appear on the Customer Master Record (Manage Customers) under the Profile History section with the same value. However, this is not happening as expected. Instead, the DFF field appears on the Customer Master Record with a null value.
Interestingly, if the Customer Profile Class is updated with any random changes and the option "Apply Changes to all profiles and version all existing profiles" is selected while saving, the DFF value now automatically flows to all Customer Master Records. Ideally, this value should have been populated when the Customer Profile Class was initially assigned to the customer.
