Where Can Employees Access Knowledge Base Search in Redwood HR Helpdesk?
After migrating from Classic HR Helpdesk to Redwood HR Helpdesk, we've noticed that employees are no longer able to access the Knowledge Base (KB) search pane directly. It seems that employees can only search the Knowledge Base from the Service Request (SR) page.
Where exactly will the KB search functionality appear for employees in the Redwood interface? Additionally, the Classic interface is still being used for authoring KB articles.
Should authors continue using the Classic interface for KB creation and management?
