Why was an FYI notification sent?

On 9/3/25 I updated the verbiage on the Verify your Personal and Contact Information task in Journeys. I then ran the Update Assigned Journey Attributes Based on Modified Journey Template process to update the verbiage on all open tasks. The entire Admin Team (which are the owners of the task) then received an email notification stating the journey for a specific colleague was "updated". I have never received a notification after running this process. Why did we get one now?
