how to specify contact prefix in customer FBDI

Hi Team

We are uploading customer using 19 pages Oracle Fusion Trading Community Model Data Import program since we want to specify customer fax phone number.

But at the meantime, we also want to specify the contact prefix-Mr./Ms.

Do anybody know how to specify this in 19 pages' customer import FBDI? Thanks
