While uploading Customers through FBDI getting the errors

Request if some one can help on the below erros while uploading customers through FBDI

  1. A similar relationship with an overlapping date range already exists for this period.
  2. You must enter a valid CUST_ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE and CUST_SITE_ORIG_SYS_REF.
