Onboarding Journey Assigned with 'Deferred' Status
Summary:
Hello,
I have configured an onboarding journey template with four tasks. Three of these tasks have a zero-day delay and are set to be assigned on day one. The fourth task has a delay duration of 7 days, which is intended to become active one week later.
However, when this journey is allocated to a new hire, the entire journey is assigned with an initial status of 'Deferred'.
My expectation is that the journey should be assigned with a status of 'Not Started,' with the first three tasks visible and the fourth task hidden until its delay duration expires.
