Activation Criteria Failing

in Journeys

Summary:

We have configured a task with a preceding task and activation criteria. When the criteria is evaluated, the task assignment fails. We have not been able to identify why this is happening.

We cannot determine if the parameter for Allocated_checklist_id is being passed, or if the formula itself is not evaluating correctly. We also have not been able to locate anywhere where the task allocation is being processed (i.e. ESS job) and therefore cannot identify logs.
