Not able to schedule Recurring Journey On quarterly basis even though we have 25 C refreshed

We have a requirement to schedule a journey on a quarterly basis , However we don't have the option to schedule as required.

The Repeat frequency option is not  coming while scheduling a journey or category person.
Expected Behavior-Should be able to schedule Recurring Journey On quarterly basis using the Repeat frequency field

As per Oracle Doc , we have the field Repeat Frequency in 25 C , However while assigning journey we do not have that field .
