Customer Email Address for Manually Created Contact Point is not updating through FBDI.
Hello,
Trying to update customer contact point email addresses using the FBDI template with the two sheets "HZ_IMP_PARTIES_T" and "HZ_IMP_CONTACTPTS_T". After loading and uploading the file, the customer email addresses were successfully updated.
However, for some customers whose contact points were manually created in the system, I am unable to retrieve the Contact Point Original System and Contact Point Original System Reference from the backend. Since these fields are required in the FBDI, I cannot update the email addresses for those customers. I also tried assigning unique values for these fields, but it did not work.
