Configure 2 New Hire Life Events that trigger differently dependent on job
We have 2 sets of employees that need different coverage start dates as new hires. I'm trying to separate these by job type.
Example:
If job code starts with XYZ, they should get the New Hire 1 LE (their coverage start will be first of the next month)
If job code does not start with XYZ, they should get the New Hire 2 LE (coverage start will be event date)
What is the best way to accomplish this? Thank you!
