Overwriting of PartySiteUse's Begin Date to System Date

When I try to create a party with address using huborganisation API , the address/location/partysite have it's startdate as the date that I have passed whereas the startdates(BeginDate) of the partysiteuses are system date . My requirement is to create a backdated transaction for a backdated customer . But i encounter an error that states "invalid ship_to site or ship_to site doesn't exist" . I can't also see the ship to site in the UI when i try to create a transaction for it. Is it possible to create a backdated transaction for a backdated customer ? All the startdates
