Benefit Fast Formulas Feasible Understanding

There is an urgent need of creating benefits fast formula for two requirements :

  1. Extension of Medical Plans uptil 6 months after termination of an employee.

In this, we need to extend default enrollment of medical plans benefits of particular employee uptil 6 months after termination date. For eg : Employee is terminated on 30th August but employee benefit enrollments are intact till 30 August. After termination, Admin can go ahead and check if the benefit relationship is still active and can create life events for the employee. Check if the employee is still enrolled or its dependents can be enrolled after termination till 6 months of his termination date.
