Employee must click on Resume button to access the Journey

Hello

Hope everyone is doing well!

We are using summarized Layoup for a journey and it seems to be working fine except one issue where employee having to click on Resume -

When employee self assign a Journey and click on Start Journey,

Employee is getting below screen where they must click on Resume tab so its an extra click for employees-
