Remove Primary flag on Address Purpose under Customer Site details

Summary:

We have a customer account where all the sites have Bill-to and Ship-to defined as address purpose and none of these address purposes are defined as Primary.

One of the Ship-to address is set as Primary through a clerical error, and we are trying to remove the Primary on the Ship-to address purpose.

This is the expected business process for this customer as the user who want to create a Sales Order or AR Transaction against this customer will have to manually select the Bill-to address and Ship-to address.

We have tried to remove the Primary using FBDI update by passing the value as 'N' in ACCT_SITE_USES sheet and its not reflecting in the system. Also tired by deleting the primary site and creating a new one but the system is marking another site's Ship-to as Primary when one Primary site is deleted.
