We have requirements to create offboarding checklist start from Line Manager after Line Manager done his task

after the task group start and it contains 5 tasks, we need to active specific task (HQ Services Task) after all tasks in task group is done and approved.

that is mean that if any performers in task group denied his task, (HQ Services Task) should not active.
