How to capture tiemstamp of a form in oracle field service

Summary:

We have a form named Activity Notes in OFSC which includes a field called Dispatcher Notes. Dispatchers enter free-text messages to send to technicians. The business requirement is to capture the submission timestamp directly inside the Dispatcher Notes field value itself (e.g., auto-append [Submitted at: 2025-09-15 14:31 UTC] to whatever the dispatcher typed). This would allow the timestamp to travel along with the notes wherever that field is used (activity details page, message scenarios, reporting). Please guide us how to achive this
