Manager appraisal notification to go out 45 days and 15 days prior to probation end date

Hi Team,

My client want a Manager appraisal notification should go out 45 days and 15 days prior to probation end date. (15 days reminder should only go out if no response to the first notification).

A notification should go to manager on 45 days prior to probation end date. If there was no response to the first notification then again a notification should go 15 days prior to probation end date.

Please kindly help me how can it achieved in probation Journeys .
