Voluntary insurance Plan issue on birth life event

Hi Team,
I need your help with an issue. We have a requirement that any enrollment above $200k requires proof of good health ($200k being the guaranteed amount). While testing the birth life event, when an employee enrolled in the voluntary insurance plan with a coverage amount of $600k, the suspended amount correctly shows as $600k. However, since the employee did not previously have coverage, the interim coverage should display as $200k. Instead, it is currently showing as $0.
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
