Benefit Enrollment Application Task Error PER-153243
Summary:
One of our customer facing the issue that "We have had two employees in the last month that have been converted from a pending worker to an employee and have had issues with access an application task within onboarding. They are specifically trying to access the benefit enrollment task and when they go to access it they receive the error code: PER-1532343."
Both employees tried to access the task on there first day of employment, which may have been the initial cause of not being able to access it. However, when they tried again the next day or at a later time they experienced the same issue. We have had them both clear their cache and we removed and reassigned the task to their journey, but they were still receiving the error message.
