Parameters for person for defaulting a DFF in a Journey task

We have a requirement where we have to default a DFF value using SQL in one of the Journey tasks. The scenario is: the manager starts the journey, and assigns it to their direct report, then the DFF will display the latest completion date of the employee's performance document. We were able build the SQL query for it, however we cannot find the correct parameter to get the personId of the direct report who the manager assigned the Journey for.

We tried the ff. parameters, but it didn't work:
