Add Instructional Help Text to benefits self service
Summary: We are trying to add instructional help text directly to the various steps of the Benefits self service enrollment journey, especially under “Enroll in benefits that matter to you.” A guided journey is unavailable in this region. Ideally, it would be placed above card or within card (where Edit button is located). Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
We have had several employees report they are not sure how to obtain a confirmation statement or get confused by having to click the "Edit" button to engage the enrollment process. We are also turning on the custom help section to attach some FAQs but they are not visible unless you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
