Unrestricted Program Window Closes Midnight

We have an Unrestricted Program which is 'always open', but on ESS Redwood page, it shows window closes midnight, which is misleading.

If I login as an employee at 4pm, it shows me 8hours until window closes, if again next day I login as an employee at 11am, it shows me 13hours until window closes.

How can I fix this? There's no other Life Event open for that employee, it's just this one program 'Anytime Benefits Selection'
