Voluntary Employee Life terming with Open Enrollment
Summary:
I set up Open Enrollment and Voluntary Life to Default current same enrollment and rates. We have options from 10K - 500K in 10K increments, we have age bands. Everyone is coming up with $10K as the new election amount. Some people will move to a new age banded rate next year but some don't but everyone is in 10K except for those that waived coverage. I don't want the option to be open for employee's to make changes this year so I'm not sure what Enrollment rule or Default Rule to use.
What am I missing in the setup? Thanks!
