Proof of Good Health - Document getting carried forward

Hi,

As per current Program setup the document upload validity is for Lifetime. When an Employee is trying to complete the pending action for Loss/Gain of coverage life event the documents uploaded in the past are getting carried forward. There is no option to upload a new document nor there is option to delete the old document. Employee is unable to upload new proof document.

We tried to change the document validity to 30 days in Program setup but as per our understanding it will be applicable for New Hires and the existing documents are already marked for lifetime validity. Is there any setup change that needs to be carried out to handle the issue?
