Plan is not available for enrollment when the Option type is set as absences under plan type in 25C.

Summary:

We have created a Vacation sell plan and under manage plan type, the Option type is set as absences.
This was working earlier and we were able to see the absence balances and the hours was getting transferred to Absence when the life event was closed.
Lately, in 25C, when the life event is run the benefits plan is not available for enrollment and the life event is getting to processed and closed status. The plan is not getting detected at all.
When we change the option type to others, the plan is available for enrollment. But the balances are not visible and the hours are not getting transferred to absence when life event is closed.
