Cannot login to the Oracle Cloud

Hello,

I faced a problem with logging into the Oracle Cloud Dashboard.

My username and password pair is not valid. I have tried to reset it several times and got no luck. I tried using Google Chrome and Firefox, both normal and Incognito modes. Cleaned cache.

Also, I have connected Support chat several times (https://oc-cx-en.custhelp.com/) to solve this issue, and even Support engineer could not login into my account, despite it is active, he sad. He routed me here.

I have registered this account years ago for free ec2 instance, which is down right now.
