Worker cannot preview the uploaded file in Journey tasks.

Hello Team,

We have created a task of DOCUMENT type in onboarding journey. Task Name: Attach personal Picture.
When the worker uploads his picture and click on preview image it says 'Can't preview file'. I believe in the last upgrade I was able to preview the file here.
When the worker clicks on Done on the task, the onboarding team admin (who is owner of this task), cannot see the file uploaded by the worker in the organization journeys page.

Could someone help on this?
