Ive tried to login sucessfully, and have about 6 times only to get the same "ERROR page"

Greetings,

I have tried all the suggested solutions in help forum, and as far as i can see the only acceptable solution is to have a oracle rep reset acct from backend. There are no outages, or account suspensions Im in CHICAGO, an have had no emails about outages. Its baffling, unusual,, i can login but get a complete white blank empty page.Ive tried incognito, switching browsers, netstack reset, and more, this is going on 4+ weeks
