ESign_Signature Value Not Displayed in Data Model - Resulting in no token in Sample Data RTF

Hi Team,

We are attempting to use the physical signature pad option within Journeys while using a custom RTF template/document. We have been able to pull in many additional tokens (P_SIGNER_NAME, P_SIGN_DATE etc.). However, we are unable to pull the ESIGN_SIGNATURE token into the document.

We have tried many of the solutions requested. However, we are unable to get the ESIGN_SIGNATURE Token to appear in the Word Add In. Has anyone run into this issue? Our data model does have the appropriate column ESIGN_SIGNATURE from the per_allocated_tasks table within it. We did also complete the journey task (ensuring we clicked see signed document) prior to submitting the task. We are unable to get a value to appear in the DM for the sample data.
