To understand better on benefit coverage restriction

I want to understand the difference between 'Maximum increase with certification', 'Maximum increase', Maximum', 'Maximum with certification' in a better way.

Already the coverage maximum and increase amounts are configured in the task 'Standard Coverage'. Which one overrides and in what scenario. Can anyone help me understand?
