Send Benefits Confirmation Statement via Email on Submission
Hi Experts,
We have a business requirement where we want to send the Benefits Confirmation Statement or the summary of Benefits which the employee has elected with every self reported life event via an Email to the associate. The requirement is specifically to send the email confirmation in real time as soon as they Click on Submit.
Oracle did provide us a seeded alert for Open Enrollment sends an email of elected benefits, but we would want the same to go for every self reported life event. Any suggestions if this could be achieved via Alert Composer, OIC or VBS etc ?
