AOR not getting task emails

Summary:

I have created an AOR for a HR shared service centre who will need to act on many journeys. They are on the task as performer and the notifications are set to go to them on task assignment, however they are not getting these. They are getting notifications where they are owner and others performer though. Any ideas?

Below shos them getting all the tasks others are supposed to do but not theres.
