Open Enrollment Evaluate Scheduled Life Event Process on Termed Associates

When running the Evaluate Scheduled Life Event process in RollBack mode for Open Enrollment, we get over 1,000 errors reported and they are all for termed associates. In the past, we have not had this many errors trigger for termed associates. When looking into the termed associates, they have the termination life event processed and closed as should. The Benefit Relationships are ending on the date the term occurs and then a new benefit relationship is getting triggered and labeled as "Active," could this what is causing the process to attempt to add the Open to the terms and then
