Employee not able to click on Enroll Now, Pending Actions and Enrollment Summary
Summary:
There are some employees who are not able to click on the enroll now (grayed out), get an unexpected error for pending action, and can not see the enrollment summary.
They have the recommended security privileges for Benefits Self Service, so not sure what other privileges/roles need to be added. Please advise.
