benefits activity center is spinning after selecting an employee

Summary:

We ran into in RedWood 25C, where i logged in as Benefits Administrator and in Benefits Activity Center the employees search results data. However, when i select an employee to view the details it is spinning without resulting any data. it was working earlier and we experience this suddenly. Please advise how we can resolve.
