Benefits Activity Center does not show default benefits relationship (Redwood 25C)

Summary:

Hello,

The Benefits Activity Center is not displaying the default benefits relationship. Please, I need assistance to correctly configure the default benefits relationship for all active employees.

I am working in the Production environment — in the Test environment it was working fine. The benefits relationship is already created and active for the corresponding country of the client.

I ran the Assign and Update Benefits Relationship process, but the benefits relationship still appears blank in the Benefits Activity Center.

When I try to manually assign (add) a benefits relationship with the DFLT value to an employee, I get the following errors:

Howdy, Stranger!
