Feasibility of Auto-Populate Employee Details in Resignation Questionnaire
Dear Team,
As per our business requirement, we have configured an Oracle questionnaire for employees who have submitted their resignations. The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect specific information from employees as part of the offboarding process.
Within this questionnaire, there are several fields designed to capture personal details such as:
Employee Name
Assignment Number
Business Unit / Department
Designation
Contact Details
Currently, employees are required to manually fill in these personal details, which not only increases the effort but also introduces the risk of data entry errors and inconsistencies.
We are exploring the feasibility of implementing a feature or alternative workaround that would allow these questionnaire fields to be auto-populated by retrieving the information directly from the employee’s record in the system (for example, from Core HR or Employment Profile data).
