Unable to access content server uploaded vedio

I have created a Guided Journey with the task : Vedio

Vedio content uploaded to the content server with following parameters

Type: DigitalMedia - Audio, video, and images
Security Group: FAFusionImportExport
Formats: video/mp4

Amend the media url in the format explained in the Journeys user guide:

Under task preview vedio is playing with Admin user login and when I check with few user logins the following error displays only for some users. For others they can play the vedio
