Hide Delete Button on Contacts

What is the best way to hide the delete button on the contacts within the benefits enrollment flow? When employees enroll in benefits through Benefits Self Service, in the 'Verify people you'd like to cover section', the Delete button is available to the employee to delete the contact. This is causing issues as the employee simply wants to re-do or change something on the contact entry so they delete the contact thinking they can add them back. We would like some feedback on the best way to go about hiding that delete button.
