Answer a Survey 25C is not disabled after removing checkbox

We removed checkbox on "Employee Self Service" configuration, but "Answer a Survey", the last task on Employee Self Service Enrollment screen is still there.

Not sure if we still need to remove it using VBCS.

I have already voided the life event and processed it again just to see if the changes are not getting reflecting without having to re-process the life event.

Please advise.
