CDM Data Verification Batch Job picks up no data

Summary:

We are performing batch address cleansing for customer data via the Data Verification module. However, the selection criteria provided fails to pick up any data, even though the records haven't been cleansed before (i.e. the VALIDATION_STATUS_CODE and DATE_VALIDATED are NULL and the VALIDATED_FLAG is N). The records are active and available in the system. Can someone please help troubleshoot this issue?
