how to delete IDs section in Temporary ID Card section using VBCS

We have added guided journey on top of this .

I know it might not be best business case to add links to point towards carriers here in temporary cards section.

But … we can rename this "Temporary ID Card" to "Download your Electronic Card" action through sandbox→ Quick Action

Can anyone help here please on how to delete this "IDs" section using VBCS.
