Can we open OFSC plugin pages using direct URL in another application ESRI

Hi Team,

Scenario:

We have setup integration between OFSC and ESRI Field Maps. We have created a plugin (Let's Say A) which takes user to ESRI Field Maps where asset layers are present. Assets include meters. User can click on the meters and see the details like meter number etc.

We have created another Plugin (Create New Job) and added that plugin in My Route Page as shown below. This plugin "Create New Job" is just to create a request which looks like below.

Plugin A is added in Activity Details Page. While working on an Activity, user clicks on plugin A which takes user to ESRI Field Maps.
