Pending Oracle Cloud Account Free Tier Application since October 13th

Hello,

I applied for an OCI Free Tier account on October 13, 2025. I received the email with the subject "Your Oracle Cloud Account is Pending Review" which stated my account was under review.

It has now been over 18 days and my account is still pending.

My community account email is the same as my application email. Could someone please check on the status of my application?
