Onboarding Journey for Pending Worker

Hello

I have been reviewing documentation regarding Onboard Journey and I believe Oracle started to recommend in 2025 to use ‘Onboarding’ journey category, instead of ‘Enterprise Onboarding’ category.

However, I also have read that pending workers can only use Journeys set up with Enterprise Onboarding .

When I look at implementation guide, under templates, it still shows to use Enterprise Onboarding

I am confused and I do not want to use the wrong category and cause confusion.

Does anyone know for sure what category to use for Pending Workers who are Onboarding ??????
