Error when employee trying to add Beneficiary Organization

Summary:

Employees trying to enter beneficiary organizations are getting the below error. Confirmed that the Manage Person Beneficiary Organizations (ORA_BEN_MANAGE_PER_BNF_ORG) role is associated with the custom employee role - but error still persists.
