Does attachments-OCI Object Storage Properties work in offline mode

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created an OFSC form where we have exposed Attachments-OCI object storage properties. So, we wanted to check:

  1. If user is offline, will he be allowed to upload pictures in this property.
  2. If he is able to upload, then where will it be stored when he is offline and will it be stored in Object Storage when user comes online.

Please note : Our instance is "Oracle Field Service" and not "Oracle Fusion Field Service".
