The scenario we have is a Mix of Journey Completion Criteria Setting a Task with 2 Preceding Tasks. Seems the standard functionality does not support this so I'm looking for a workaround/FF if possible.

Here the Business scenario:

Task1: Line manager provides input Option1/Option2 "Could be a questionnaire or using Done/Not applicable" (Mandatory Task)
Task2.1: HR Specialist act based on Option1 selected by the Line Manager (Preceding Task: Task1, Activation based on Option1) - Mandatory Task
Task2.2: HR Specialist act based on Option2 selected by the Line Manager (Preceding Task:
