Notify Previous & New HRs as Task Performers for Transfer Journey before the transfer effective date

we have a Journey, with action = (Global) Transfer or Global Temporary Assignment, for a mobility from A to B.

We want both HR from A (Home) and B (Host) to perform tasks BEFORE the effective date of the transfer !

We can use Offset = -30 for example for the HR A (Home) to perform the task 30 days before the transfer BUT HOW ca we notify the HR B (HOST) to perform a task let's say 10 days before the transfer?

if we use Offset = 1, the new HR B will be notified but AFTER the transfer

so we need to find how to notify the future HR before the transfer
